The main living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space ideal for group meals, morning coffee, or calming after a long beach day. Multiple levels and living areas give everybody room to spread out without feeling disconnected.

Step outside and the backyard becomes your private getaway. The fenced pool deck is made for sunshine and slow afternoons, with lounge chairs, space to relax, and a hot tub ready for evening soaks. Accessible on the ground level, the downstairs game space offers foosball, ping pong, and billiards keeps the fun going rain or shine

Interested in something a little different? Guests can arrange a private in-home sushi class, where an instructor comes directly to the home for a fun, hands-on experience. Learn sushi-making techniques, a bit of sushi history, and prepare three different rolls to appreciate together. Classes run roughly two hours and are available for groups of 2–6 guests at $100 per person. Message us for availability and additional details.

The community pool is open seasonally from May 1 through September 30, weather permitting. Please note that opening and closing dates are subject to change based on conditions and HOA guidelines.
