Check in and out is Saturday and the home accommodates 8. Conveniences include private Seasonal pool (4/15 - 10/15), community amenities (exercise center, tennis courts, clubhouse) 55' of dock space located at Hammock Canal #12, and a man cave with a enormous screen TV and foosball table!
Living level is open concept with a huge kitchen and roomy family area. Just off the living area is a entirely furnished sunroom to kick back and relax with a sizable TV, wine cooler and wet bar.
Master ensuite located off of the main living area features a King bed and the connecting bathroom features a impressive jetted tub, walk in shower and double vanity.
