You will adore the 9 Foot Kitchen Island (with seating for 6) covered in a handsome Corian surface ideal for eating, working, Zooming or playing games with your Family and Friends.

The Family Room features a Queen Sleeper SECTIONAL, a 65 inch Intelligent TV (Upgrade), (cable and internet) along with books, games, puzzles and more! “Off The Hook" also features a separate game/dining/work table for kids, adults or any individual with differing needs.

Just beyond the Family Room, you will appreciate a nice sized laundry room with a full size washer/dryer, vacuum, broom and dust pan, mop/bucket, ironing board and iron and full length mirror.

The property also features a 30 x 50 Salt Water Community Pool (daily 9 am to Dusk, in season, May to October) The pool is surrounded by covered cabanas you can rent - each has its own TV, refrigerator and misting fan. There is an ADA friendly lift chair, bathrooms, tables with chairs to have lunch or dinner and loungers galore! The Gym is now open! 7am to 9 pm daily!
Fire pits with seating surrounding the pool are available all year.
