Please note: Hilton/Embassy pools and Sandy Bottom Waterpark are not accessible to renters. The Sports Health Club is also not available to our guests.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the unit, private balconies, on-site indoor and outdoor pools, paved parking, and public beach access. Access to the indoor pool requires a key from the front desk with a returnable deposit. All amenities are conveniently located within Kingston Plantation s calming and spectacular grounds.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
