Please note: Hilton/Embassy pools and Sandy Bottom Waterpark are not accessible to renters. The Sports Health Club is also not available to our guests.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the unit, private balconies, on-site indoor and outdoor pools, paved parking, and public beach access. Access to the indoor pool requires a key from the front desk with a returnable deposit. All amenities are conveniently located within Kingston Plantation s relaxing and spectacular grounds.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel complimentary to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
