Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with a hammock and hammock swing, outside shower and charcoal grille. Steps lead you to an broad deck wrapping around to the hot tub, and more steps to a crows nest to savor sunrises, sunsets and starry nights. Inside you'll find a Rec Room (no interior access to top level) with a pool table, flat screen TV, pinball machine, 2 arcade games, mini-refrigerator and a half bath. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: With an open floor plan, the huge dining and great room offers plenty of space for calming after a long day at the beach! Great room with flat-screen TV, wood stove, deck access, kitchen with sizable breakfast bar seating 6, dining area seating 8 and deck access. Sunroom with flat-screen TV and deck access to the Hot Tub. To the left of the living area you'll find a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Singles and a flat-screen TV. To the right of the living areas you'll find another Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus a flat-screen TV.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
