Recreation and fun are right outside your door, including the close by multi-use path in the villages. Take a invigorating plunge in your private pool, lounge in your calming hot tub, or take a SALVO SIESTA on the mid-deck hammock. The third story of this home commands vistas of the ocean and spectacular sunsets over the sound and offers your choice of sundecks or a screened porch. Also from the third story deck, you have access to the open great room/dining area with vaulted ceilings.
