Welcome to Pressure Drop! It is closer to the beach than many semi-oceanfront homes…only 75 steps to the private beach access! Our guests appreciate an open, bright, and cheerful great room and kitchen and various indoor and outdoor spaces to relax.

The home features a new 15x35 pool (heating is available) with a full-width splash and lounge pad, and a cavernous pool deck that includes a new hot tub. The home includes dual tankless water heaters, individual temperature controls for three bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi with a mesh router system, and a roomy outdoor shower. Once you walk into the home, you'll discover it is well-decorated, well-cared for, and with pride of ownership throughout.

Top level:
Kitchen with appliances, plenty of seating for everybody to sit around for a big family dinner. Living room with a enormous comfortable couch, where you can have a exceptional view of sunrises. All of our homes are equipped with wifi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell phone service devices to provide internet access, especially if they need it for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
