In addition to all that this property has an outdoor shower, a gas grille, a modest grass back yard, and a nice dock to access the canal.

The dock offers plenty of room to secure your personal boat or Jet skis for the week, as well as launch for Kayaks, Paddle boards, and other water toys. Very fast access to the Intracoastal Waterway.
