A laundry room is also located on this level. The remaining two bedrooms, a queen with a private deck and a king bedroom are located on the top level and share a hallway bath.

The top level is also where you will discover the heart and soul of this home, the place where everybody ultimately comes together for great meals, captivating conversations, and connecting to the sand, sea, and sky from roomy decks that boast fantastic vistas. The sizable kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, tons of cookware, plentiful cabinets, and ample counter space makes cooking meals a breeze.
