Top Level: This level is where the chefs in the family will appreciate all of the gourmet features! Well equipped with plenty of cooking and bakeware, as well as service pieces! There are two convection ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, granite countertops, and 2 separate kitchen areas! The enormous great room features a 55-inch TV, entertainment system/surround sound VCR/DVD, CD player, plenty of comfortable seating for everybody and so much more! There are 2 king master bedrooms on the top level, one which has a TV and private deck, and the other one offers a TV and bathroom access! Constructed to last sturdy deck furnishings!

Mid-Level: Working our way down to the mid-level, we find 2 queen bedrooms, each with bathroom access and TVs, a master bedroom with a queen and twin and TV, an enormous kid's suite that includes a bedroom with a king and TV that shares a hall bath with a bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds. These two rooms can be opened up to one huge area via an accordion door divider that provides visual privacy between the 2 bedrooms! There is also a true billiards room with a full-size pool table, wet bar, leather furnishings, a modest refrigerator, a TV with DVD/CD Surround sound, as well as a separate den with another 55-inch TV. The laundry facilities are also on the mid-level.

Bottom Level: The ground level has a 3rd full-size refrigerator. Outside is a half bath, 2 outside showers, and a guest storage area with bicycles, beach chairs, body boards, and beach and pool toys!

The solar-heated private saltwater pool and 6-person hot tub are a delight for visitors! Guests will also savor the expansive ocean and sunset vistas from the rooftop deck!
