The entire family will appreciate this roomy home's bright, open, airy floor plan. There is room for everybody to have their private space or commune together for family time. The great room features huge windows, a comfortable sectional couch, and a big-screen TV to watch your favorite shows after a fun-filled day at the beach. There is a enormous dining table and breakfast bar with plenty of seating to serve your favorite meals! Escape to the loft just a few steps off the kitchen, where you'll find a couch and chair to snuggle up with your favorite book, or savor the scenery surrounded by windows with vistas of handsome blue skies and green trees. There is also a desk if you need to jump on your laptop to check your e-mail or sync up with work. The kids will enjoy another family room area on the middle level to watch TV, play games, chill, and relax. There are two master suites with decks, one leading to the hot tub where you can soak your worries and transition into a vacation state of mind. The third king bedroom shares a bathroom with the mid-level family room, but the connecting door could be locked to make another master suite. In addition to the indoor amenities of this home, you'll want to take advantage of the outdoor community amenities! Located in the exclusive Pine Island development, this home is only 150 feet from the community pool and tennis courts. Pine Island also offers cycling and running paths, a kids's playground, and a basketball goal. Community pool dates TBD, Hours 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. The fall pool hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Feel what the Northern Outer Banks offers!
