The cavernous great room features soaring ceilings, a giant 75' intelligent TV, and wall-to-wall windows showcasing expansive ocean vistas. The broad decks on the east, south and west side of the home offer prime opportunities to take in the sunrise with your coffee, watch dolphins swim by, or savor a glass of wine as the sun sets.

Downstairs, you'll find oceanfront bedrooms with new linens, private baths and decks, a bunk room, and a freshly refreshed shared bath. Upstairs, a loft space features a classic slate pool table and one of the best ocean vistas in Avon.

We've added thoughtful touches for families—like a Pack 'n Play, highchair, and bottle warmer—plus upgraded intelligent TVs in every room. Outside, we've cleared and leveled the space under and around the home for dedicated parking, added a park-style grille, and installed new front steps and a new roof (October 2024). The ground level also includes a laundry room, concrete parking, double carports, and two upgraded outdoor showers with hot water.

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.
