The Space:
Welcome to Camelot by the Ocean, an oceanfront heaven in Corolla. This home has it all - the location on the beach, the amenities, and the attention to detail all ensure that you will have the ideal vacation. From top to bottom, Camelot sparkles with coastal appeal and promises an modren, opulent experience for every member of your family.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee in the great room or on the deck with stellar vistas of the ocean. The kitchen is entirely supplied for the chef of your group to whip up meals that everybody can appreciate around the enormous dining table or al fresco on the deck, including features such as double ovens, a gas stove, drink refrigerator, and a full coffee bar setup with a keurig and French press! With giant windows letting in plenty of natural light, the great room is a ideal spot to comfortable up with a good book before heading to the beach. A huge master king bedroom with a private full bath that features a jetted tub rounds out this level.

Head downstairs and you will encounter a variety of bedroom options. There are 2 king bedrooms with private ensuite full baths and deck accesses, and another king bedroom with a private ensuite full bath. An additional king bedroom, as well as a bunk bedroom, have access to the shared hall full bath. There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer available on this level. Lastly, there is a additional living area/den that you can cozy up in if you need a peaceful escape.

There is a private dune walkover that connects directly to the home and offers the easiest beach access of your life. There are many ideal spots to work on your suntan (or take a break in the shade) with Adirondack chairs and a variety of furnishings. The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

**Pool will open April 1st and close in early November and heat is available by advance request**

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
