Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: late departure without approval by host, unregistered pets & home left excessively messy.



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, detergents and cleaning products to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
