The fun kicks off in the ground level’s backyard getaway, centered around a shining private pool and a blissful 6-person hot tub. When the ocean calls, a community boardwalk leads you straight to the beach for a day of sun and sand. Back on the pool deck, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle in for a warm summer evening calming on the patio, which features a Intelligent TV for open-air entertainment. Just steps away, the lively game room awaits, complete with a pool table and wet bar. Also on this level is a convenient half bath and two master bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a pyramid bunk, while the all-level elevator stands ready to whisk you to the floors above.

The first level is home to four additional master bedrooms, including two kings and two queens. Three of these cavernous rooms offer direct access to an broad furnished deck, ideal for appreciating the coastal breeze.
