LAYOUT of OCEANFRONT OASIS

Oceanfront Oasis envelopes two floors of living space and an observation tower at 42 feet above see level where handsome sunsets are captured.

The ground floor 12’ above sea level, has a garage with ping pong table, bicycles, beach chairs and wagon along with refrigerator and freezer. We also have a few tools and air compressor for guest use. The out door shower and elevator are accessible from the paved parking area under home. The stair case to entry door is found in this dry protected area.

The first floor is at 22’ above sea level and homes 5 ensuite bedrooms with bespoke tiled bathrooms. Three bathrooms have rain fall shower heads and two bathrooms have soaking tubs. The screened porch and hot tub are found on this level with a dune front staircase that leads to beach walkway. The laundry area with new huge capacity stacked washer and dryer are located in louvered closet off the huge entry hallway. Follow the bespoke staircase to the second floor.

The next floor is set above the dune, 31’ above sea level for fantastic vistas. The chefs kitchen living room and dinning room are found at too of stairs.
