For beach lovers, Avon is the ideal spot for shelling, walking your furry friend, swimming, and an evening bonfire. Take advantage of the charcoal grille, sun deck, and screened-in porch, great for family gatherings. Take advantage of the fish cleaning table, the ideal solution for cleaning your fish after a long day on the water. A concrete parking area that can accommodate up to 3 cars round out the first level. Trespassers W is within walking/cycling distance to many of the local favorite hot spots and attractions. Avon offers a safe bicycle path along Highway 12. Vacationers with 4x4 cars can drive on the beach at open ramps with a permit purchased from the Park Service. Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
