Lovingly restored, historic downtown Manteo home, circa 1899, in the heart of it all. Original wood floors from family mill throughout. Simple 2 block walk to Manteo's waterfront, marinas, delicious eateries, beautiful stores, brewery, distillery, and Roanoke Island Festival Park. A ten-min. drive to the handsome OBX beach of Nags Head, Jennette's Pier, Sam and Omie's and Fish Heads Bar & Grille. Outdoor amenities shared with Owner's Suite, when occupied.
