The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 cars and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The laundry room is completely equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a invigorating rinse after soaking up the sun.
