On the first floor, relax in four primary suites (each with a private bath, one handicap accessible) symmetrically arranged around the family room, wet bar (refrigerator, coffee station, table), and laundry (washer/dryer). Parlor in the family room on a huge comfortable sectional with a book or movie (CTV/DVD/home theater) from the 100+ video collection, 100 + book library, music (surround sound stereo), dozens of board games, dozens of puzzles, or access the deck with ocean and pool vistas.

When you reach the second floor, savor your time in the 38' wide great room featuring dramatic cathedral ceilings (20') and memorable 180-degree expansive ocean and Pamlico Sound vistas. The dining area is ideal for socializing and gatherings with seating for everybody, a breakfast bar and a wet bar.
