A king bedroom with a dedicated desk provides a peaceful workspace or reading nook, while the cozy queen bedroom is ideal for winding down after a day of adventure. A shared full bathroom serves the secondary bedrooms, offering convenience and comfort for all guests.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**One pet is welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an conveniences that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
