Our exceptionally clean 3BR/2BA beach home (Unit 1002) is located steps from the ocean and is the ideal getaway with an abundance of amenities that will allow you to appreciate all the amenities of home during your vacation.

Our property is only a 2 min. walk from the beach and is next to Sand Dollar Lake (get those fishing poles ready!!!). Our home offers ocean, lake, and canal vistas where you can sit on the front porch or back deck and take in the fabulous water vistas.

Our completely furnished home is ideal for couples or modest families. There are queen beds in two of the bedrooms and a triple bunkbed in the third bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper couch in the living room. There are two full bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combination).

There is also a stackable washer and dryer located in the home in case you need them (but you're on vacation, so step away from the laundry!!!)

Folks, Seabird Cottage is the REAL DEAL and the photos really reflect the comfort this home provides. You can rest simple knowing that when you arrive for your vacation, our home will be impeccably clean and ready for your stay.
- All the beds will be made up with high quality linens.
- Clean bathmats will be in each of the bathrooms.
- Each member of your group will have a set of clean and fresh bath linens (bath towel, hand towel and washcloth), so leave these items at home, but do bring your own beach towels!
- Quality cookware, bakeware, and silverware are supplied.
- Check out the list of amenities for additional information.
- And most importantly...you won't have to deal with any creepy crawlers because there won't be any!! Our home is serviced regularly, so you won't have any "surprises" (we don't like them either!!)

Kids will definitely appreciate the water park (complimentary to Ocean Lakes guests) and parents will savor the lazy river in the Summer. Ocean Lakes also offers daily activities, crafts, special events, church services, shopping at the camp store, Nature Center, fishing in the ponds and much, much more!

All roads in Ocean Lakes are paved, so bring your own bicycles or you can rent from the Ocean Lakes recreation center located next to the pool and water park.

For your safety and protection, there are three Ring security cameras located outside of the home.
