The Space:

Located just across the street from the walking path to the beach (4 mins.) this home is close to the beach, gorgeously refreshed, and has spectacular on site amenities. On the top level, you will find a striking kitchen that is entirely outfitted with everything the chef of your family needs to whip up delicious meals. A dining table that seats 10 and 4 additional island barstools provide plenty of room for everybody to dine together. Or appreciate your meals al fresco on the porch at the picnic table and deck seating. A additional loft room includes a computer desk and table for 4. Relaxing into a good book or movie is painless in the comfortable living room. A primary king bedroom with an ensuite full bath rounds out this level.

On the mid level you will find 4 bedrooms immaculately decorated to set the coastal ambience for your stay. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths. The bunk room and separate queen bedroom share a hall bath, ideal for a family with young ones! All 4 rooms have deck access so you can wake up to the sunrise or savor fresh air right from your room!

In the downstairs family room you will find a kitchenette for simple storage of additional snacks and drinks, a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer, as well as a TV and plenty of seating. Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
