King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and walk in closet, Bedroom with 2 constructed-in Bunk Sets plus flat-screen TV, and a full hall bathroom.

Mid Level: Main entry and entry. 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV, private deck access and private bathrooms, one with tiled shower. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access, and private bathroom. Hallway laundry area with washer and dryer. Half bathroom between levels.

Top Level: Open Great room with electric fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with stainless appliances and island seating 4. Dining room with bench seating for 8+ and access to the deck with outside dining table. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
