The Space:

Welcome to Storms Harbor, your home away in Kill Devil Hills! The open living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light and opens to a private balcony overlooking the ocean, making it a ideal spot for morning coffee or winding down after a day at the beach. The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you need to prepare at home, including cookware, silverware, a toaster, blender, and a Keurig for your daily coffee.



The condo offers two cavernous primary bedrooms, each with its own full private bathroom, giving everybody their own space and privacy. There is also a half bathroom off the main living area for added convenience. An additional bed is available without the pullout couch, bringing home occupancy to 6 guests. A washer and dryer are tucked into the hall closet, making longer stays simple and comfortable.



Step outside and savor the private hot tub, outdoor shower, and grille, ideal for rinsing off after the beach, cooking dinner, or calming under the stars. With the beach just steps away across the street and ocean vistas from the home, everything about this space is designed to help you relax and appreciate the Outer Banks.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**The community pool will be open mid-May to mid-October. Exact dates are weather dependent and subject to change**

Other Things to Note:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
