All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.

Please note E-bicycles are not allowed.



Unassigned parking is available at each building.

Purchase your parking pass at the security gate.

25.00 for the first car and 25.00 for an additional car. Credit/Debit card only.

Number of cars allowed is two.

The Spa on Port Royal community does not permit e-bicycles. Please also note that there is no elevator access, and the unit is accessible by stairs.
