The Space:

The top level of the home features an entirely equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar, ideal for morning gatherings and evening meals. The kitchen seamlessly connecting to the living room that features a intelligent TV, an electric fireplace, and a Captain's room with a wet bar, creating an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment. The dining area is surrounded by windows that offer gorgeous ocean vistas, enhancing every meal with a handsome backdrop. Outside, the sun deck provides outdoor seating, ideal for appreciating the fresh air and spectacular vistas. There is also a covered portion and a porch swing. This level also includes a half bathroom and a primary bedroom, complete with vaulted ceilings, a king bed and an ensuite bath. Additionally, there is a tree-lined screened-in porch, accepting you to appreciate the outdoors comfortably anytime.



On the mid level, you'll find a second primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bath. This level also includes a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. A cavernous full double-sink bathroom in the hallway that serves these bedrooms. Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction



The Neighborhood:

Walkable to downtown Duck and sound. Oceanside home (only 4 homes off the beach and about a 4 min. walk to the beach entrance) in a private community with beach parking passes!

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
