Pristine town home on Carolina Lake. First floor with enclosed 2 car garage and outside deck area. Second floor main level includes refreshed full kitchen, dining area, bedroom, living room and walk out deck. Third floor has two bedrooms with bathrooms and separate bunk bed area in the hallway. The master bedroom includes a walkout porch. Great vistas of the lake and beach front community from the second and third floor decks. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Cable TV and internet supplied. Green-way path surrounding lake for walking, running, cycling. Only 5 min. walk to the beach and boardwalk. Great eateries and shopping just a walk away. Weekly events include complimentary Movie nighttime on the lake every Sunday, Fireworks every Thursday nighttime, farmers and craft markets, nightly Carnival adjacent to the boardwalk. Some of the above activities are seasonal. **There is a remodel of the lake that is to be finished January 2026. It affects a very short portion of the greenway around the lake. It does not prevent from getting to any destination.
