This oceanfront one of a kind, third-floor condo is located in the cozy town of Duck and has really spectacular expansive vistas of the ocean and the beach. Savor majestic sunrises from the private balcony located off of the living room. From inside the home, there are enormous bay windows for viewing the ocean no matter the weather conditions. This handsome, completely equipped one bed room, two bath condo has a queen sized bed, a kids sized (4' 6") bunk bed set and a queen couch sleeper couch in the living room. There is a compact washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience and additional full sized washers and dryers located on the ground level. Our property is part of the Colony by the Sea association and has many amenities to include a sizable oceanfront pool, a bbq and picnic area, tennis courts, a basketball court and new playground. This condo rents Sunday to Sunday, May through October; flexible dates available in April.

While this condominium has a really marvelous ocean view, please note that it is on the third floor and there are no elevators at this complex.

For your safety and convenience the condo is equipped with keyless entry.

This condo is a short distance from quaint stores and delicious eateries.

This home includes one set of bed linens per bed and one towel and washcloth per person registered at the home. The master bed is made prior to your arrival!

The pool is seasonal. Expected use dates based on Dare County's inspection schedule are: May 18 - Oct -15, 2025 (weather depending). Daily hours are 9AM to Dusk. There is no life guard on duty. Please check with host for refreshed information.

Golf carts are allowed on the property, but must be parked in the overflow parking area. No electric charging is available at the property.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this condo is on the beach. Monument to a Century of Flight and Wright Brothers National Memorial are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Corolla Beach and Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve. Nor'Banks Sailing and Children at Play Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
