The adjacent dining area table seats four guests conveniently. A full guest or visitor's bathroom is located just off the kitchen, dining and living areas and contains a walk-in shower.

Just beyond the kitchen and dining areas, the living room excels at bringing that beach modern style center stage. Details like comfortable yet beautiful furnishings, an HDTV and a huge slider to your private balcony make this room a delight to relax in.
