Guest Access:
Inside and outside, especially outside on the two fabulous porches! You also have access to a shared patio on proterty with big Green Egg charcoal grille, charcoal being complimentary of course.

The Neighborhood:
Visitors can appreciate convenient dining options directly next door At Southbound and Ladles Soup/ Across from the apartment; indulge in the city’s most impressive bakery – Sugar Bakeshop - located just across the street from the rental; and gab your morning coffee and bagels just down the street at Holey City Bagels! Many of the city’s most notable eateries are located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, or an simple walk from the rental. O-Ku, Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, Chez Nous, The Darling Oyster Bar, The Grocery, Indaco, The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Warehouse, Chubby Fish.

Getting Around:
We are only 3 blocks from Upper King Street, so most guests prefer to walk and discover the city. The beach is 15 mins. away by car. There is also a complimentary shuttle offered by the city that runs along King Street (3 blocks away) to fashionable stops. Bicycle units are available close by or you might savor trying a pedicab taxi. We offer complimentary parking on site or in the lot we manage across the street.

Other Things to Note:
The property has complimentary off-street parking for one car directly beside the home.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to meet our guests when the timing works out upon arrival and get our visitors settled. But when timing doesn't match up we'll leave a key for them to access the rental at your convenience. We're a phone call away if anything comes up during the stay but leave guests to enjoy the rental as their own.
