Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and we’re committed to making your stay delightful and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can conveniently reach us through the Vacation Rental By Owner app, by phone, or e-mail. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Family-Friendly:
As parents of young kids, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. We’ve made the home as family-friendly as possible and provide a Pack ’n Play with crib sheets, with ample space in any bedroom for setup. If you’d like us to set up the Pack ’n Play prior to arrival, please let us know at the time of booking. Kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and silverware are also included, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a $200 pet fee per stay, which helps cover additional cleaning for pet hair. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Dogs may not be left unattended, as barking may disturb neighbors, and are not allowed in the pool. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will apply. Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with a dog.

Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Rental:
A stand-up paddleboard is available for an additional $200 per stay (plus tax). Once payment is received, we’ll send you an access code along with an instructional video showing how to unlock, use, and return the SUP.

Pool Heater:
Pool heating is available for an additional $125 per day (plus tax) due to the high electricity usage required. This must be requested, booked, and paid for in advance for the full duration of your stay, and we require at least 5 days’ notice to heat the pool. Please note that the pool is seasonally closed and covered from November through April.

Hot Tub:
Use of the hot tub is supplied in your nightly rate at no additional charge. Our team will have the hot tub turned on prior to your arrival for your enjoyment.

No Adhesives on Walls:
Please do not use tape, hooks, stickers, or any adhesive materials on the walls, as they may cause damage.

No Glitter Accepted:
Glitter is extremely difficult to remove and can cause lasting damage to furnishings and surfaces. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space for all guests.

Pests & Wildlife:
Corolla is home to seasonal midges—tiny, harmless insects that do not bite. We recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors. While we treat the area regularly, they may still affect outdoor spaces, so bug spray is recommended when appreciating the deck or pool areas. Snakes may also occasionally appear from the close by marsh. If you notice one on the property, please contact us immediately and we’ll arrange for animal control to safely remove it.
House Rules
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No events or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are stringently prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or photos, and no confetti or glitter is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Animals must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your family pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, street parking is not allowed. Max 6 cars allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Kids under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of home rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
