When you arrive, getting settled will be a breeze using the ground floor dry entry with elevator to send suitcases and groceries to the upper levels. A reverse floor plan with vaulted ceilings and upsized windows in the open-concept great room take full advantage of the expansive ocean vistas. Entertain family and friends in the living area, which features a gas fireplace, surround sound speaker system, and a generously sized wet bar with wine cooler. An broad oceanfront deck serves as an extenion of the great room for effortless indoor/outdoor living. It's the ideal spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or simply take in the salt air and ocean breezes. The chef in your group will savor the completely supplied kitchen that features granite countertops, bespoke cabinetry and stainless steel appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator and double oven. It overlooks the great room, so guests can still socialize and appreciate the ocean view while preparing meals. Luxurious yet practical wood floor flows throughout the top level, including the two bedrooms. The primary suite features a spa-like private bath with granite countertops, bespoke tiled shower and enormous jetted tub.
