# N32 Salty Stella`s Beach House Rules

We want you to have a excellent stay at Salty Stella`s! ???? Please review these home rules before booking. All guests must also follow Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules during their stay.

**???? PRIMARY RENTER**
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, remain at the property throughout the reservation, and be responsible for the property and all members of their group.

**???? MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY**
min. occupancy is 5 guests. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. With approval, the home may be able to accommodate 2 additional guests using the sleeper couch.

**???? RENTAL AGREEMENT**
A signed rental agreement is required after booking. All required guest information and agreements must be submitted before arrival.

**???? NO FAMILY PETS**
Animals are not allowed at this property.

**???? NO SMOKING OR VAPING**
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home.

**???? NO PARTIES OR EVENTS**
Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not allowed.

**???? QUIET HOURS**
Ocean Lakes peaceful hours are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times.

**???? COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CART**
A complimentary golf cart is available for guest use.

- All drivers must be at least **25 years old** and follow Ocean Lakes golf cart rules and requirements.
- The golf cart **must remain inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground at all times**.
- Guests are responsible for the golf cart while it is in their possession.
- Do not drive through standing water or deep puddles.
- Report mechanical problems immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself.

The golf cart is included as a complimentary amenities and is not guaranteed in the event of mechanical failure or required service. A replacement cannot be guaranteed.

**????️ OCEAN LAKES RULES & VEHICLE PASSES**
All guests must follow Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules, including car, golf cart, parking, noise, and community policies.

Ocean Lakes requires car passes. Applicable car-pass costs are separate from the rental reservation unless otherwise stated.

Guests are responsible for fines or penalties resulting from campground rule violations by members of their group.

**???? CARE OF THE HOME**
Please treat the home, furnishings, appliances, outdoor areas, and golf cart with care. Report damage or maintenance concerns promptly so we can assist during your stay.

**???? CHECKOUT**
Before departure:

- Place used sheets and towels in the supplied linen bag.
- Do not place comforters, blankets, or pillows in the linen bag.
- Remove all food from the refrigerator.
- Wash and put away all used dishes.
- Take all trash to the designated receptacle.
- Turn off lights and electronics.
- Return the golf cart key to its designated location.
- Leave the home reasonably tidy.
- Lock all doors when departing.

Our cleaning team will take care of the rest!
