When you're ready to stay closer to home, cool off in your private pool, soak in the hot tub, or stretch out on the hammock with a good book. The top-level sun deck offers a great spot to savor the ocean vistas and take in the salt air.

Inside, the game room keeps everybody entertained with foosball and air hockey, while the comfortable living spaces give the whole family room to relax after a day at the beach. You'll also be just a short drive from Corolla's eateries, stores, and favorite local attractions. Explore Corolla: While you're in the area, don't miss a visit to the historic Whalehead Club. This charmingly restored 1920s mansion on the Currituck Sound is ideal for a guided tour to dive into the history and architecture of the Outer Banks. For more outdoor adventure, take a thrilling wild horse tour to see the famed Corolla wild horses roaming freely along the dunes just north of Whalehead in Carova—the northernmost part of the Outer Banks.

Beach Access: Savor painless beach access with the Dolphin Public Beach Access, just a short walk south from the home. This access features a convenient wooden walkover to cross the dunes with ease and get to the beach in no time!

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings within 51 Weeks in Advance: This home accepts the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Family Animals Accepted. Parking for 4 cars. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
