This property has a pool that can be heated between September 1 and May 25 for an additional fee of $95/nighttime. At least seven days' notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given.

Guests have access to the entire home and its private pool.

For pool heating requests, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, as the pool requires sufficient time to heat properly.

Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability.

If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be supplied if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.

Pool heat is available seasonally from September 1 through May 25 only.





Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorbikes and/or recreational cars and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bicycles are not allowed in the Plantations.
