The space
Walk to the beach, catch sunset on the sound, and relax overlooking the golf course—all from one ideally located OBX getaway.

Park in the garage, step inside, and start calming immediately—no hauling bags through the rain or sand. Entry is simple with a keypad, and you’ll walk straight into the private king suite, complete with its own bathroom and a peaceful deck with slingback chairs—ideal for slow mornings or winding down at nighttime.

Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy queen bedrooms on the sunrise side, along with a shared full bathroom—ideal for families or modest groups.

The main living space is bright, open, and designed for simple coastal living. There’s plenty of room to gather with two couches and a chair, a dining table for six, and a completely supplied kitchen ready for anything from fast breakfasts to full dinners. You’ll have everything you need: stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator (filtered water and ice), toaster, blender, mixer, drip coffee maker, french press, plus a Keurig tucked in the pantry, along with cookware, dishes, and glassware.

Step out onto the deck, settle into the captain’s chairs, and savor vistas of the golf course as the sky shifts into sunset.

Out back, the home sits along the 13th hole, with a tucked-away path through the trees that leads toward the course sidewalk—an easy place to stretch your legs, walk the dog or discover a bit.

When you’re ready to grille, everything is set up in the garage—just roll it out and you’re good to go.

One of the best parts of this home is the location. In just a short walk, you can reach the sound for marvelous sunsets, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Head down S. Link Dr. for about five mins. and look for the modest private access—peaceful, calming, and often uncrowded or cross Croatan highway to access the beach.

Guest access
Everything in the home is entirely available to the guest. There are some stock items in the kitchen for your use. (i.e. spices, teas, coffee).

Take a hike to the sound for a sunset closeup or to put in your board/kayak by taking a left on the seachase and walking till you see the blue private entrance sign on your right. It's about a 5 min. walk.

Walk thru the trees outback and in seconds be on the 13th hole of the golf course.
