On-site kayaks and paddle boards are supplied in your rental. Fishing and swimming are an option as well off the wood shoreline dock where the water meets the land. We are a fast 10 min. breathtaking drive through Colington from the Outer Banks beaches, local eateries and and shopping.

Our home features costal vibes which include sleeping arrangements with a king bed upstairs, a queen bed on the main level, and a twin bunk bed upstairs ideal for families or groups. Guests savor three bathrooms, two which are full tub/shower combo and equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience as well as a basement half bath.

Appreciate a cup of coffee on the back deck while watching the canal life early morning or in the handsome wooden sitting room featuring a Boho vibe centered around conversation and calmness.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with programmable drip coffee maker, modest countertop air fryer, toaster, crockpot, nonstick copper pans, casserole pans and blender, as well as ceramic and stainless steel mixing bowls. The outdoor table is for appreciating meals on the back deck with seating for 6 on a comfortable Polywood table and chairs set all within site of the waterline.

Unwind in one of the two cozy living rooms watching your favorite shows or movies on intelligent TVs either in the main living area or in the basement with a fun foosball table. King and Queen bedrooms also have Roku enabled intelligent TVs. Wifi available in home to run all of your personal devices or your favorite streaming platforms.
