You will adore this new 4-Bedroom home in the charming community of Pirate's Cove in Manteo. The community amenities include pools with snack bars, playgrounds, tennis and volleyball courts, and strolls along the docks are all within walking distance of this pretty home. In addition, you can walk to a amazing restaurant right from your rental: Blue Water Grille.

When you drive up to this impressive home, you'll notice the broad outdoor decks where you can sit and savor a good book, your favorite drink or just hang out with friends and family.

The first level contains a welcoming entry as well as a garage for guest use. Keep your beach gear and car out of the elements.

The open concept of the second level is ideal for entertaining, with the living area providing plenty of space for everybody to relax and relax. The kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and silverware needed to prepare delicious meals for the group. The dining area features a sizable table that seats eight, ideal for family meals or game nighttime. There is also a King En Suite on this level for the late nighters to stay.

Walk up the stairs to the third level where the other bedrooms are located. You'll have to draw straws to determine who gets the King En Suite, King Bedroom or the Queen Bedroom. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom that the King and Queen Bedrooms share. There is an additional den on this level with a couch, side chair, and a flat screen tv. More places for relaxation!

Roanoke Island is home to Virginia Dare, the first English kid born in America. Explore its walkable downtown filled with local stores and eateries, visit the Elizabethan Gardens, experience The Lost Colony outdoor drama, appreciate concerts on Roanoke Island, or spend the day boating and fishing. Be sure to visit Pirate's Cove Marina to watch sportfishing boats return with their daily catch and experience the excitement of some of the East Coast's premier fishing tournaments. Finest of all, the beaches of Nags Head are just a short drive away.

**Please note that there is no curbside trash pickup in Pirates Cove. All guests should dispose of trash in the community dumpsters.**

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
