Welcome to SHELL COTTAGE! This pet friendly hidden gem is located on a rather private lane but close to everything Wilmington has to offer!

• 2 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed)
• 2 full baths (one in MB)
• VERY sizable private fenced in backyard with picnic table and BBQ grille
• 2 miles from ILM airport
• 2 mile to downtown Wilmington with its eateries, bars, riverwalk, Amphitheater, wedding venues, and more!
• 2.5 miles to the Convention Center and Live Oak Bank Pavillion Music/Show venue
• 5 miles to UNC Wilmington campus
• 6 miles to striking golf courses
• Less than 10 miles from Wrightsville Beach
• A short drive to Carolina Beach Amusement Boardwalk and miniature golf as well as the North Carolina Aquarium!

We are located on a shared private lane with two other cottages which is what makes this bungalow so cozy and comfortable! Unwind and relax in the homey living area, or on the private front porch. Grab some steaks and grille in the enormous private entirely fenced backyard were you furry friends can run and play. Book your stay in our brand new home and create lasting memories of your visit!

We supply enough paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugars and creamers to get you through your first couple of days. For longer stays there is a Food Lion supermarket less than 2 mi from the bungalow.

There are two designated gravel parking spaces for the bungalow, one in front and one on the side of the bungalow. Parking in the shared lane is prohibited.

For the safety of our guests the bungalow has 1 active camera overlooking the driveway/lane and front door and it records video and audio. This device is on the exterior of the property and does NOT face in to any windows.

Wilmington is home to this vacation home. Live Oak Bank Pavilion and Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Heights and Wilmington Railroad Museum.
