This condo has some of the best vistas of the Cape Fear River that you'll find! The cavernous living room centers around the sizable glass doors leading to the patio right on the River Walk. You'll adore starting your day with a coffee at the table on the balcony, and it's also the ideal spot to end your evening with a nighttime cap. The kitchen has been thoughtfully refreshed with all the essentials you'd need for your stay and the comfortable electric fireplace in the living room is ideal for cooler nights. The huge bedroom at the back of the condo has a king size bed, and there is also a full bathroom with walk in shower.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the hallway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. Guests can check in with a keypad entry. Please note - this unit is on the second floor of the building (top floor) and stairs are required to access the property.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot located a few blocks from the condo.
