The gorgeous southern design features a welcoming wraparound front porch that leads to a main living area finished with hickory wood floors throughout. An open-concept layout is accentuated by soaring cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The chef in the family will appreciate the upgrades in the roomy kitchen, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and additional prep sink. There's no shortage of outdoor living space, with a screened porch that
leads to an broad sun deck and the private pool area.

Upstairs, the den serves as a second living area complete with wet bar for first-thing coffee and late-nighttime snacks. This convenient additional space is adjoined by two master suites that each have access to a private balcony and en suite bath with double vanity. It also has a queen foldout couch if needed.
