Exhale is conveniently located near the Hatteras Ferry, Teach's Lair Marina, and the southern end of Hatteras Village. A short walk will lead you to the beach where you'll discover this comfortable and well-equipped bungalow, making Exhale an ideal vacation spot. Guests are required to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products. The interior of Exhale is decorated and furnished according to the owner's preferences. Essential amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, bed pads, pillows, and blankets/comforter are supplied. Additional charges such as reservation costs, partial stay costs, pet costs, taxes, and insurance apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
