Just off the loft is a Queen bedroom, along with a second bedroom offering two Twin beds and handsome vistas of the sound. A full hallway bathroom on this level adds additional convenience for guests.



The mid level serves as the heart of the home. The completely equipped kitchen opens seamlessly into the dining area, with doors leading out to the deck for painless indoor-outdoor living. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining space, the bright and inviting living room features broad windows and a huge, comfortable couch cavernous enough for the whole family. The Queen primary suite with a private ensuite bathroom is also located on this level, along with a laundry room and a half bath.

Village Beach Club Access

Guests receive complimentary access the Village Beach Club from May through September. Conveniences include the community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and basketball court, a great way to relax on arrival day, after check-out, or anytime during your stay.



Parking at the Beach Club requires registration of any car, with a fee of $10 per day or $50 per week, per car, paid directly to the Club.



The local course is public and open to everybody, and guests are welcome to play at their discretion.



In addition to the Beach Club, guests have access to two private sound side parks within the Village, complete with a pier, gazebo, and launch area for kayaks or canoes, plus two public ocean beach access points close by with convenient parking.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, detergents and cleaning products to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
