It is the ideal setting to marvel at photogenic sunsets with the opportunity to see the natural surroundings and wildlife such as herons, deer and egrets. On the gated back deck, appreciate a private pool (10' x 20'), hot tub, outdoor shower and a charcoal grille.

TOP LEVEL:
King Master Suite and a Pyramid Bunk Room each have a flat-screen TV. There is a modest sitting area on the landing between both bedrooms.

ENTRY LEVEL:
The floorplan is convenient for indoor/outdoor living with sliders that open onto the sun deck. An open living room has furnishings arranged to view with a flat-screen TV, a Dining table (seats 8), a modern kitchen with island seating (seats 4) and separate game table area (seats 4) by the front entrance. There is a half bath by the kitchen. Two bedrooms are on this level: a Queen bedroom and a King Master Suite; its master bath has a jetted tub and separate tiled shower. The TVs in these bedrooms have streaming TV options. There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

In season, the Magnolia Bay section has a full-size pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones plus tennis courts with pickleball lines.
