The living room is finished with an upsized sectional couch with a sizable flat screen TV ideal for a comfortable movie nighttime after a busy sun filled day in the sun. The huge master bedroom is located off of the living room offering a calming private getaway. On the second floor you will also find the laundry room and a half bath offering convenience for everybody. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor and offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with a striking double vanity sink, and large walk-in shower - and, of course, direct balcony access.
