The community provides access to the pristine, private beach, complimentary access to a shared pool, and use of the tennis and pickleball courts for a modest fee (paid at the clubhouse - located 1 mile north). Sandy Treasure's entire interior is finishing up a complete remodel before the 2025 season to provide a true luxury oceanfront experience. Complete with a newly modernized master bedroom secluded on the top floor with a enormous walk-in master shower with two rain heads, hand sprayer, and huge bench. Two 42" vanities provide plenty of counter space and a separate water closet for added privacy.
