Sandy Treasure is an oceanfront home located in the peaceful community of Sanderling in Duck. The community provides access to the pristine, private beach, complimentary access to a shared community pool, and use of the tennis and pickleball courts for a modest fee (paid at the clubhouse - located 1 mile north). Sandy Treasure's entire interior was completely modernized before the 2025 season, and a new deck with a hot tub on the top deck, overlooking the ocean, providing a true luxury oceanfront experience. Complete with a newly refreshed master bedroom secluded on the top floor with a massive, bespoke walk-in master shower with two rain heads, hand sprayer, and huge bench. Two 42" vanities provide plenty of counter space and a separate water closet for added privacy. A modernized kitchen and wet bar will have your entire group appreciating elegant ocean vistas as they sip their favorite drink.
