Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this three-bedroom, 3-and-1-half bath condo is ideal for long or short stays! When you enter the community, you will feel like you are at a resort. You may not even want to leave the community! However, if the beach is calling you, it's only 1 mile away. The pretty colored buildings give you a sense of welcoming and fun.

Ebb Tide offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best stores, bars, eateries, and beaches on the Outer Banks! Guests can discover the area and close by attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and painless day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

You will find ample space in this well-decorated townhouse. Access the garage from the first level for parking or for simply storing your pool or beach gear. On this level, you will also find a comfortable den ideal for reading a good book or a challenging video game! Venture out to the back patio and savor a calming soak in the hot tub. Heading upstairs you will find the other socializing and hanging out areas - the living area, kitchen, and dining area. There is a deck to go out and enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the peacefulness of the Outer Banks. Also on this level is a half bathroom for convenience. Upstairs on the third level is where you can find some of the sleeping arrangements - choose between a King En Suite and a Queen En Suite. But who will get to stay on the fourth level with the two Queen Beds? Those folks will have a private heaven all to themselves.

Ebb Tide has everything you need for your next Outer Banks vacation. From the gas grille, hot tub area, and entertainment floor to the cozy open floor plan, there's enough space for just about everybody.

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this magnificent resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Ebb Tide is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Village Beach Club

Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront getaway in the heart of Nags Head, just 7.7 miles from Ebb Tide. For a one-time fee of $75, you and your guests can enjoy unlimited access throughout your stay, including both arrival and departure days.
This private club offers a sizable oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it simple to go from sand to poolside in mere mins.. Savor events and activities for all ages such as kids' camps, daily live music and entertainment, a wellness and recreation program, and six brand new pickleball courts! Also new for 2026 is Gather, a coastal restaurant and bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's the ideal spot to relax for a day on the Outer Banks.
Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

This property has 3 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway, one in the garage, and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are allowed access to the garage.) Please note that there are also numerous first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not allowed in the Bermuda Bay community.

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10AM.
