Bedrooms 2 & 3 boast a calming view of the surrounding Lowcountry salt marshes. Plush bath towels and new comfortable linens supplied during your stay.

We provide beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon during your stay. We also provide complimentary coffee, cream and sugar.

Guests also have full access to the convenient community pool.

You will have self entry information and myself and my staff are available to assist you with anything we can during your stay.

Once you`re at the condo, you can walk anywhere on Folly Island. There are also bicycle units on the island as well. Then downtown Charleston is about a 20 min. car ride.
- Guests must be at least 23 years of age to book this property.
- Absolutely no animals allowed and no exceptions due to severe allergies.
- No events or amplified music outside.
- Please tidy up before departure and complete basic check out requests such as taking your trash out and clearing out the refrigerator.
