This home is centrally located and close to everything - the BHI club, eateries, stores, the marina. A very short cart ride gets you to the newly refreshed BHI Club with its new Aquatic Center, and also features 4 new tennis courts, pickleball courts, a 2025 new playground, short-grass recreational area, workout facility, multiple swimming pools and water slide, 5 croquet course, casual and fine dining and, of course, the George Cobb designed, award winning 18-hole golf course.

Bald Head Island is only accessible by boat or by a ferry, which departs frequently out of Southport, NC. Southport is 40 mins. from the Wilmington, NC (ILM) airport. A tram ride to the villa is supplied with your ferry ticket. Reservations are required. Visitors and residents travel around the island by golf cart, bicycle or by foot. This home comes with a 6-seat golf cart, 2 adult beach bicycles, 4 new beach chairs, and an assortment of beach toys, and an umbrella. Please bring your own helmets. Additional bicycles can also be rented at Riverside Adventure. Please note that while we guarantee the availability and condition of the golf carts, we cannot guarantee the condition of the bicycles.
